Something funny I read today

At this same repair shop. I found another book.  This book was labeled "Weird, Scary and Unusual, Stories and Facts".   Well, It had these weird, but amusing stories in them.  They were about how animals could be considered these weird culprits of crime.  Okay, example this one story, talked about these rats and how they were put on trial at court.  The rats had a defense attourney to fight for the rats.  They were in court for eating barley in the country of France.  They eventually were forgotten and the case got dropped.  Hahahah I know the story is very silly. This book was loaded with crazy, and ridiculously silly stories like this. It was very amusing reading today at this repair shop. haha The owner even came out to talk to my Dad and sister that were with me about it haha. He heard my sister and I laughing over the stories in it.  He told us how he found it. That some of the stories actually took place in places he had lived and so forth. He had never seen anything like the book told, but it was fun for him. He said it was a very popular book there.  haha so needless to say I had a very amusing repair shop adventure :)

Something cool I learned today

So, I was waiting around in a repair shop and found this interesting book about geographical elements.  It talked about the Pompeii. This was an ancient buried people that had been plastered and preserved.  You can google to learn more.  The place was located near Naples, where the roman empire was. They found people like 500 people of different ranks in society. Some ladies still had Jewelry on.  These people tried to escape a volcano and died.  The plaster stuff left them preserved and such. pretty cool :)

Asian Buffet experience

I went with my sister and our Chinese friend to eat at an Asian Buffet.  They actually make a lot of native dishes of their food there which is unusual.  My sister and my friend were using chop sticks. I have tried many times to use them. I saw other asians eating with chopsticks and eating in a asian buffet. I decided to try again.  My chinese friend tried to help. I got it most of the way. I finally ended up resorting to stabbing my food.  I would dip the chop stick down as if I were doing it correctly and then just prick it instead.  I would pop into my mouth.  I ate mostly dumplings they just had so many delicious options I had to try them all.  Then of course egg rolls, noodles, egg drop soup and such.  Delicious!
My chinese friend found it funny that I mostly ate the various types of dumplings haha!!

New Bike

I had a nice cruiser I got during Christmas time as the other one I used fell apart.  I liked this new bike, but I had a hard time getting off and stopping.  See, I'm not tall, I am short.   This bike was a 26 inch and that is for an average women.  I am not exactly average I'm just under it. I'm in between an adult and child.  Otherwise known as an extra small adult.  I decided to get a different bike. I got a schwinn cruiser this time. Schwinns are awesome :) .  This one now don't laugh please is a 24 inch tire bike.  It is a full size childs bike :) Still rides, nice like the other bike though.

Pig adventure

So, I have a sister who lives in the middle of nowhere literally.  She decided she needed a way to raise money in the area she is in.  She decided to become a pig breeder.  Her pig just had babies some weeks back.  Now, she has all these cute little pigs.  One had been a runt and would have been mine had it lived.  I did get to name one of the pigs I called her Melina off "Muppet Christmas Carol" one of Kermit and missy piggies pig daughters.  It had to sound sort of royal. I guess in pig enterings they have to have cutesy silly names.  I attempted to feed these pigs with corn in my hand. 2 ate from it. It felt a little weird feeling their snouts and teeth on my hand. It was fun to feed them.  I also tried picking them up since they are cute and just the right size. The pigs just squealed and decided they would also pee on me. I had quite the adventure haha.

Diaploma

At long last and much joy, trial, travial, experiences, laughs and such. I have finally today recieved my diaploma in the Mail!  I am now an offical BA Graduate.
I am very happy about this.  I need to get protective covering for it still, but I am very happy it is finally here. What a better day then on Ground Hog's Day!
